Qualifications
Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or relevant work experience
Proficiency with Logistic processes
Understanding of cross-functional activities (departments like quality assurance, accounting, controlling & production)
Strong Communication / interpersonal /conflict resolution skills
3 + years of SAP R3 experience or similar (Oracle, etc.)
Proficient with MRP/PPS Systems
Proficient with JIT & JIS Order Control Systems
Proficient with Engineering Change Control Processes
Proficient MS-Office
Intermediate knowledge of International trade agreements (NAFTA, ALADI, EROI, etc.) and INCOTERMS

Responsibilities
Maintain and further develop the inventory control programs in order to meet customer requirements on a timely basis
Responsible for ensuring all disciplines are in place and transactions are executed to assure inventory accuracy of purchased parts, raw materials, and manufactured product within the ERP system
Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
Schedule shift according to production needs
Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
Prepare and submit status and performance reports
Keep paperwork organized
Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
