Top Gun Staffing is looking for someone who can troubleshoot and modify industrial control systems including electrical, electronic, motor control center, hydraulic, pneumatic, and temperature controls. Improve operations (uptime, quality, data collection) through control improvement. Assist operations and maintenance by troubleshooting failures and identifying corrections. Support plant operations as SME for electrical and control systems.
Weekend work may be required to support projects, improvements, and repairs.
The minimum requirements we seek:
- 3+ years experience as a controls engineer with experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
Our preferred requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering specifically Electrical
- 1+ year of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
- 1+ year of experience working with the following Lean Tools – 5S, Kanban, Poke-yoke, and Value Stream Mapping
- Prior experience reviewing prints, using AutoCAD, and interpreting and modifying electrical schematics
- Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
