Our client is seeking a Controller / Director of Operations to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for various functions within Accounting/Finance and Operations,
Responsibilities:
- Ensure plant controlling teams are informed and trained to controlling procedures and policies and tools
- Ensure that sales tax returns are filed correctly/monthly.
- Oversee budget process
- Oversee AP & PR process
- Ensure the consistency between production indicators and financial reporting
- Manage and support the Plant Controlling teams on all financial issues • Contribute to internal and external Audits requirements
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong accounting skills
- Must have a thorough understanding of manufacturing process
- Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance
