PQL (Program Quality Leader) – do not post this way

• “Concept to completion” ownership of projects

• Work collaboratively with all engineering stakeholders through the various stages of the project: Sourcing, APQP, Testing, and delivery at volume production.

• Drive vendor partnership working closely with supply chain and purchasing team and ensure alignment on engineering requirements, scope, schedule and cost.

• Drive requirements and solutions with all internal stakeholders such as Purchasing, Design Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams for the success of the project.

• Support analysis teams with problem solving, tracking of open issues, and timely disposition of all defective materials.

• Track supplier requested change control to ensure timely disposition by internal stake holders, response to suppliers, and implementation.

• Participate as requested in other project / program activities to support Tesla’s growth and quality strategy.

 

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant experience in managing multiple tasks with cross-functional teams.

• Relevant experience in a product development environment – hi-tech, consumer goods or automotive preferred.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills. Must be able not only collect data and information, but also to analyze, identify and escalate risks, clearly summarize status and key issues as well as recommend next steps.

• Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders.

• Advanced Excel skills required. Project software experience a plus
