- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 5 years of proven supervisory experience in a quality related field
- Proven experience in structured training
- Proven experience in establishing auditing structure and auditing experience
- Statistical process control experience and able to demonstrate knowledge
- Control plan development experience
- Automotive Quality related experience
- ASQ certified
- Program management experience
- Excellent communication, analytical problem solving, planning, team orientation and people skill developer
- Good organizational skills and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to manage effectively under any situation
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to understand CMM reported data
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Control plan development
