- We design, develop & manufacture automotive exterior/interiors lamps for the local OEMs.
Production Supervisor Role:
- The Production Supervisors responsible for overseeing the daily production on our injection molding, anti-fog coating machines and related assembly lines.
- You will help to ensure that overall productivity within the department is met.
- You will have general supervision of several employees and will delegate responsibilities, scheduling of parts to run and will issue assignment of jobs.
- Essentially, this role will plan, assign work, implement policy, ensure procedures are followed, oversee equipment and general working conditions.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years’ experience in Plastic Injection Molding
- Knowledge of product manufacturing
- Experience with SAP or similar software
- Basic understanding of OSHA standards
- Bachelor’s degree of Associates degree (preferred, but will take experience)
- Previous supervision experience (preferred)
