Top Gun Staffing is looking for a Advanced Electrical Engineer for a Manufacturing Client in
Detroit, Michigan area! We offer a competitive salary starting at 115k to 135k a year!
Role Responsibilities:
? Develop test plans to customer specifications.
? Lead or participate in R&D development activities within the organization.
? Prepare project funding requests for R&D activities.
? Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying
equipment for building and assembling electrical components and by
soliciting observations from operators.
? Conduct failure analysis and investigation of electronic failures or incidents.
? Create detailed SORs for testing and outsourcing of electronic manufacturing.
? Lead research, design and development of electronics for new, existing programs
in compliance with automotive standards and customer specifications from
concept development to production launch.
? Development of analog, digital circuitry, power electronics and embedded
software for automotive exterior lighting.
? Interface with cross-functional departments, suppliers, and customers with
respect to electronic product development, validations, and manufacturing.
? Design electronics for advanced lighting solutions in automotive applications
(LED, OLED, miniLED, microLEDs and similar.)
Educational Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Qualifications:
? 10 + years of experience in electronics manufacturing and/or development background
? Experience with system understanding of HW/SW
? Knowledge of electronic manufacturing, quality and technical standards.
? Prior experience in the automotive industry
