Position Description
Position Summary:
The Engineering Change Coordinator, in collaboration with the Design and Change Control
team, is primarily responsible for the coordination of the processes in Change QA and the
documentation of Change Controls according to quality management guidelines. The
position will represent quality assurance and act as an interface between all departments
involved in product and production changes.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
First-tier resource for change teams on issues related to change quality assurance (QA).
Work on Change Control-related projects of diverse scope, in an independent or semi-
independent manner.
Review and track engineering change requests
Coordinate engineering changes with product engineering and plant manufacturing team
Provide regular updates on all open issues/status ensuring all activities are completed on
time and within target framework
Position Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive stamping.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe. Familiarity with SharePoint, SAP
desirable.
