Top Gun Staffing is looking for an experienced Multicraft Maintenance Supervisor for a large manufacturing plant in Fultondale, AL. area! We offer a competitive salary starting at $80,000-$90,000 a year!
Shifts:
Off Shift: 5:00 PM-5:00 AM
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Hires and trains maintenance department staff.

Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.

Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
-
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
-
Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.

Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
-
Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
-
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
-
Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
-
Assist as needed with the activities of ISO 14001 and other related environmental tasks.

Ensures that Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are adhered to in accordance to the Company Employee Charter and Occupational Health & Safety Act.

Responsible for OSHA programs related to maintenance, MSDS management, and Environmental regulations

Performs other related duties as assigned
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor in Engineering
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in automotive manufacturing

2+ years of supervisory experience
-
Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
