We are looking for a strong leader and Supervisor responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Production Department. This included adherence to production schedules, effective management of operators and related activities; to ensure an environment of consistency, cooperation and respect is maintained.
Job Duties
-Monitor production, Materials and Maintenance processes to ensure smooth flow. Receive and resolve operation problems for all departments
-Monitor Production performance with regards to: Housekeeping, 5S, safety, and prompt break schedules, etc.
-Ensure productivity, efficiency and quality standards are achieved on a daily basis
Responsible for enforcing the progressive discipline procedures, including consultation with Human Resources and the Department Manager; Completion of required documentation and facilitate disciplinary meetings
-Daily pre-shift meetings are attended by you and your staff to discuss safety, productions, and quality related goals
-Leading and mentoring assigned Team Leaders as well as holding them responsible for fulfilling their duties
-Maintain proper records and backup documentation
-Communicate to all levels of the organization in regard to safety, morale, efficiency, quality, and discipline
-Provide feedback to employees (both positive and negative) on an ongoing basis
-Follow and enforce all of the company’s HSE rules and policies
-Communicate and follow all emergency procedures to department staff
-Must participate in all company related safety programs
Minimum Qualifications
-2-3 Years in Supervison
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to develop and maintain a team-oriented atmosphere at all times
-Ability to train, develop, and mentor employees
