Job description
Shifts 2nd: 2:30pm – 10:30 pm
Pay Range: $25- $35 per hour
Requirements for the Robotic Programmer position:
- A degree in Weld Engineering is preferred, but may not be required with enough relevant experience.
- Automotive Manufacturing -2+ years exp programming Motoman and Siemens Exp – 2+ years exp with automated weld equipment
- Experience with offline programming
- PLC
- Electrical Diagrams
- TS 16949 / ISO 14001
- Robotic Weld Programmer
Responsibilities for the Robotic Weld Programmer position:
- Program robots for custom automation equipment
- Development of weld path, schedules, and procedures
- Develop weld sequences and parameters
- Program robotics to decrease cycle time
- Work with controls engineers to integrate new and existing cells
- Aid in the design processes of welding production cells and fixtures
- Review fixture designs for proper torch or gun access
- Assist with the installation of new robotic cells support and train customer
- Identify and solve problems with automated equipment
Automotive Manufacturing is a plus
