Job Responsibilities:
- Candidates will speak, write and communicate effectively, work collaboratively with others as part of an effective team to provide solutions to difficult issues.
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Project Engineers
- Create quality complex drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Prepare sketch plans regarding Development plans and associated layout, grading, utilities, profile and detailed design work.
- Review local, state, and federal ordinances/regulations for design criteria
- Ensure coordination and adherence to the firm’s standards
- Ability to see the big picture relative to project goals
Qualifications:
- Two-year technical school or associate degree in related field
- 5+ years of field experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, and Word), PDF editing (Bluebeam,Adobe, etc.)
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
